CDS Affiliated Properties

The investment group for CDS currently owns or is in partnership with three business parks in Northern and Northeast Ohio.

The Willard Industrial Park is a public/private partnership between Comprehensive Development Solutions, the city of Willard, and the state of Ohio. Development of the Willard Industrial Park began in 1999 with infrastructure work completed in September of that year. The total acreage of this industrial park is 77.9534 acres.

French Creek Business Park is located in Sheffield Village, Ohio, approximately 20 miles southwest of Cleveland. The total acreage of this business park is approximately 156 acres.

Quarry Lakes Business Park is in Erie County, located in northern Ohio along Lake Erie, sixty miles west of Cleveland and forty-five miles east of Toledo. The total acreage of this business park is approximately 261 acres.

Ohio Logistics L.L.C. is the holding company for its operating entity, Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center, Inc. Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center began operating in March of 1989 as a public/contract warehousing, distribution, shipping, transportation and light manufacturing operation. Currently, Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center operates 2,000,000 square feet of public warehousing.

Since 1989, Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center has been the public warehouse operator for General Purpose Foreign Trade Zone #151, located in Findlay, Ohio. John serves as general manager of CDS and markets and coordinates all projects for the company. He has twenty-six years experience in economic development. He established and led the Findlay/Hancock County economic development effort from 1984 through 1997. During this time, 28 new industries and in excess of 10,000 new jobs were created in the Findlay/Hancock County area.

John is active in the Ohio Development Association, the International Economic Development Council, and the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones.
